- Films must be made by youth aged 20 years old and younger

- All filmmakers must be a resident of North Texas. Other members of the team do not need to be local, but the filmmaker representing the film must be local to this area

- Actors may be older than 20, but only actors 20 years of age and younger will be considered for awards
- Timing of all submitted videos can be up to 10 minutes (including titles and credits)
- Films must be an original film that youth have shot and written themselves

- All films must be in English OR have English subtitles

- Films must be submitted as an mp4 file with at least 1080p resolution

- ALL Films must adhere to G or PG rating standards. No cursing, profanity, nudity or inappropriate language or content will be accepted

- All films must be submitted with a title and credits

- All Filmmakers under the age of 18 must have parental consent for their work to be shown in the festival. Release forms will be sent to all accepted filmmakers and must be signed and returned for their film to be included in the festival

- Every Film submission will include a swag bag of 2 general admission tickets, 2 Festival shirts, 2 VIP lanyards and more!

Every film submitted will be considered for an award in their respective categories. There is NO limit on how many awards a film can win!

In addition to the cash award, winning films will receive a custom trophy, professional photo of their team, and highlight on our social media and website.
